About me
- Dr. Sanjay Sarup is a distinguished orthopedic surgeon with over 32 years of experience, specializing in pediatric orthopedics and spine surgery. He completed his MBBS from the University of Kashmir, followed by an MS in Orthopedics from PGIMER Chandigarh. Furthering his expertise, he earned his FRCS from Glasgow and MCh in Orthopedics from the University of Dundee, UK.
- In 1998, Dr. Sarup was awarded a fellowship in pediatric orthopedics and spine surgery at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children, Glasgow. He was the first qualified pediatric orthopedic surgeon to establish practice in Delhi, initiating the Pediatric Orthopedic Unit at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in 2004. He later developed the pediatric orthopedic and spine division at Medanta Medicity in 2009.
- Currently, Dr. Sarup serves as the Director of Pediatric Orthopedics & Spine Surgery at Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon, where he also heads one of the orthopedic units. He is a postgraduate teacher and thesis guide for the DNB program at the hospital.
